These are made to your sizes and requirements, so if you have a would like a cabinet made, then please tell us the overall dimensions, the wood to be used, and any other specifications and we can quote for the piece of furniture to suit you. We usually have a few standard sized items on display in the showroom to give you a few ideas. Customers wanting TV and Hi Fi cabinets made will need the overall dimensions of the entertainment systems they have, including TV, DVD, video and Hi Fi system, along with the space needed for CD's, DVD's and videos. When enquiring about a bookcase, please have an idea of the overall size, and the number of books. Shelf depth is an important measurement, determined by the depth pf the largest books. We will make your shelves adjustable if you wish. We will also make you a desk or bureau to order, to house computer towers and hide the keyboard and mouse. Doors can be disguised as drawers, looking like a traditional pedestal desks with filing systems or computers behind them. Chests of drawers are also made to order, with solid wood used throughout, including traditionally dovetailed drawers. These are often made with bedside cabinets and wardrobes, to complete the set of furniture to match your Four Poster Bed. Linen presses are also popular providing hanging space in the top for skirts, shirts, trousers and jackets, with drawer space underneath for underwear, jumpers and so on.
